Coat Condition

Pets in poor coat condition take longer to groom.  This may result in a shorter clip on your pet and additional charges may apply based on the additional length of time it takes to groom your pet.

If you find that you just don't have the time (or desire!) to brush your pet, why not  book a regular 'bath 'n' brush-out' appointment in-between full grooms to stay on-top of this task.

The Shave Down

Shaving a matted dog is a long and tiresome process for both the groomer and the dog. It is difficult to separate matted hair from the skin of your pet. Some matted dogs cannot even walk properly because their front leg hair and chest hair are stuck together. Matted dogs are uncomfortable and have to have that hair removed so that air can get to their skin. Matting is tough on the groomers clippers blades and other equipment too.
